1. Orders
When an order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to you by email and I will proceed with the order once the 40% advance has been paid using Swish or Vipps to 0047-92277208

Attention!

This are custom made order so if you need to refund or cancel the 40% will not paid back.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, the advance of 40% will not be paid back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or delivered incorrectly.

 

3. Complaints
If a product arrives damaged or defective please make sure to take pictures when you pick up the package from the office, you have the right to submit a complaint within 30 days of delivery.

with a description of the issue and your order number.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.

 

4. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them before each purchase.
